By ordering from our website, you have understood and accepted our terms and conditions. YCS HOLDINGS Pty Ltd reserves the right to make changes in prices and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. We reserve the right to not honour typographical errors/technical glitch on prices. All products remain the property of YCS HOLDINGS Pty Ltd until full payment is received.
- Accepted payments include credit cards (Visa/ Master card), direct deposit, cheque or money order (payable to " YCS HOLDINGS Pty Ltd"). Credit Card payment will incur a handling Fee of 3%. When required, customer has to fill in an authorization form with credit card details.
- We do not charge your credit card until the goods are ready to be shipped or pick up, our online payment gateway PayPal will only do pre-authorisation to ensure sufficient fund available.
- As security measurement, YCS HOLDINGS Pty Ltd requires a copy of photo ID for order over $200. Due to high number of fraudulent transaction, credit card verification would take up to 1-2 working days. We recommend customer to verify their PayPal account in order to minimize the delay. Every information provided would be kept private and confidential. We apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you for your cooperation.

- Please allow 2 to 3 working days for payment to be processed into our account. All goods remain the property of YCS HOLDINGS Pty Ltd until full payment is received.
- Please note that the stock displayed on our website should be considered as a guide only. Placing an order does not guarantee the allocation of the product. YCS HOLDINGS Pty Ltd will send you a confirmation e-mail once we verify your order and payment will be processed afterward.
- Please select carefully when you place the order, there will be no credit given on order price difference due to price drops.
Product Return/Refund/D.O.A (Dead On Arrival Product)
- We do not provide refund due to change of mind, unless the product is Dead On Arrival (DOA).
- At our discretion we may refund with 20% restocking fee less shipping and will only be accepted within 7 days after customer receiving the goods. Customer needs to obtain Return Authorisation (RA) number and must be shipped within 3 working days after RA number issued.
- DOA (Dead on arrival) items are eligible for refund or an instant replacement and must be reported strictly within 7 days of customer receiving the goods. After 7 days of receiving the goods, DOA no longer applicable and you will have to process as warranty. Customer needs to obtain Return Authorisation (RA) number and must be shipped within 3 working days after RA number issued.
- For DOA product, please do not use the product and ensure to return the goods with complete content as well as packaging and in original condition, failure to do so may result DOA being rejected and item will be processed as warranty.
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, unless the product DOA.
- If customer receives any incorrect or damaged product, please contact OnLine Centre customer service via e-mail or telephone within 24 hours after receiving the goods. Once verified, the product will be replaced/exchanged and we will reimburse the cost of returning the goods by Registered Australia Post. Please note that customer will be held responsible for any freight charges incurred for returning the product if the product found to be not faulty or correct or as per description.
- Please do not open the sealed package for any incorrect product received. Any attempt to use the incorrect product will be considered as a substitute for the actual item that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
- Customer is required to obtain a RA number prior to returning any goods and must be shipped within 3 days after RA number is issued.
- We offer 7 days return to base warranty for all our products.
- For all generic products, we offer 1 year manufacturer warranty.
- We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOA’s must be contact/return to us within 7 days. For assistance with warranty and returns, please email us first.
- If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 7 day period days from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer’s expense.
- We do not accept any item return by COD. The returned postage must be paid entirely by the buyer. You have to contact us before you return anything.
- All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty.
